Where We Ship

At this time, we ship only within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping? Not yet—but stay tuned.

Processing Time

We don’t personally pack your order (we’re too busy making fun of the supplement industry). Instead, we use Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), which means:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number faster than you can say “unregulated wellness trends.”

Shipping Times & Rates

Amazon MCF is handling the logistics, so shipping times are roughly:

  • Standard (3-5 business days) – Free on orders over $X (otherwise, flat rate of $X).

  • Expedited (2 business days) – Available at checkout for an extra charge.

  • Priority (Next business day) – Because patience is overrated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Amazon’s real-time rates. We don’t make up fake “handling fees” because that’s just rude.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can obsessively refresh the page every five minutes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your package mysteriously disappears, check your mailbox, your neighbor’s porch, and that one place you always forget to look. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@simplimins.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Important: Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. However, we’ll assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Returns & Refunds

Amazon helps us ship orders, but all returns go through us. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility, refund processing times, and why we can’t take back “wellness regrets” after the bottle’s been opened.
