Can I Return This?

Short answer: Maybe.

Long answer: We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out (like your New Year’s resolutions). If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s the deal:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging—because we don’t want half-empty bottles of regret.

  • If it’s been more than 30 days, well… you’ve had enough time to decide.

How Do I Start a Return?

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to account.simplimins.com. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click Request return for the order you want to return.

  3. If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.

  4. Choose a return reason and leave us a note (we love a good story).

  5. Click Request return and wait for further instructions.

Or, just email us at support@simplimins.com with your order number and reason for the return. We promise we won’t make it awkward.

Refunds: The Nitty-Gritty

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll check that everything’s good and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs? Non-refundable (because couriers don’t work for free, and neither do we).

  • If you used a discount code, we’ll refund you what you actually paid, not the pre-discounted price (nice try, though).

What If My Order Arrives Looking Like It Survived a Shark Attack?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or looking like it went through a blender, send us a photo at support@simplimins.com and we’ll fix it. No, you don’t need to ship back a leaking bottle—we’ll take your word for it.

Final Sale Items

Some products are final sale and can’t be returned, including:

  • Gift cards (because money doesn’t expire).

  • Clearance items (because they’re already a steal).

  • Anything you “accidentally” ate and now want a refund for.

Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States (because we’re nice like that).

  • For international orders, an additional flat shipping fee may apply for returns.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases where the item is damaged or an incorrect product was shipped. Because restocking ain't free.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Simplimins is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us at support@simplimins.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim. If it’s marked as delivered but missing, check with your neighbors, your property management, or consider setting up a package-safe zone.
