Resin is always messy. this one's thicker than others I tried but it's strong and works pretty well if I stick with it.

I just can't take the resin...the taste and smell are just too much for me. I've tried, but sorry not sirry. I've also tried gummies before. They go down easier but they still have this earthy shilajitty taste to them and not nearly as much shilajit per. I was going to try the powdered capsules next because, well, no taste, but I've read that those aren't that potent - they have a much lower percentage of fulvic acid compared to the raw resin. These softgels though seem like a perfect solution! A very faint smell of shilajit but no bad taste whatsoever! Quick and easy, and I does give me more energy throughout the day!

Capsules are a bit bigger than I expected but they go down fine. Quality seems good so far.

Easy to swallow, no weird after taste. Definitely prefer these to the liquid stuff in jars. I feel great!
